The apartment and garden are absolutely lovely! Two full floors and an great loft - three levels, great garden. Lovely artwork, hardwood floors, kitchen with everything we needed, washing machine. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Great local food two doors down, less than ten minutes walk to a market. We were within walking distance of every place we wanted to visit, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet. Stefano and his father were always helpful and very nice. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Exceptional Stay in the heart of Florence. Pintino Garden is a truly special place to stay in Florence. Located in the historic part of the city, the apartment is set within an eclectic historic building filled with paintings, sculptures and shelves of books, which gives it a wonderful sense of character and history. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children without ever feeling cramped. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was a huge bonus - there was never any waiting to use the facilities. The kitchen and living spaces were generous and very comfortable for a longer stay. A washing machine and drying racks were provided (no tumble dryer), but this was not an issue as there is a laundromat only 250 metres away. The hosts, Stefano and Carlo, were outstanding. They were incredibly patient while we navigated our way to the apartment and were always communicative and happy to help with any questions. We were personally greeted by Stefano on arrival, given a thorough tour of the apartment, and welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the printed history of the building and its previous owners - a unique and thoughtful detail. Parking is available for one vehicle, which is invaluable in Florence, and Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.There is honestly too much to praise about this accommodation. We would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Florence.

Una casa autentica, arredata con mobili e opere d'arte di qualità. Piena di punti luce, di libri da sfogliare e angoli da studiare. Davvero un luogo interessante, dove si respira la storia di una famiglia, delle sue passioni e dei suoi viaggi. Il Signor Carlo e il figlio Stefano hanno offerto una calorosa accoglienza e ampia disponibilità ad intervenire in caso di necessità. La bottiglia di vino in omaggio è stato un gesto molto apprezzato. La possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nel giardino interno è incredibilmente comoda. Dal portone di casa si va a piedi ovunque perché la posizione è comodissima per girare tutto il centro di Firenze. Dopo le lunghe e meravigliose camminate a piedi di giorno non vedevamo l'ora di rientrare a casa la sera per rilassarci, cucinare qualcosa e goderci il calore e l'ambiente che offriva la casa. Questa sistemazione non è solo un alloggio comodo e confortevole, ci ha dato la possibilità di vivere un'esperienza vera, in un'autentica casa d'epoca fiorentina. Abbiamo amato quello che ci ha offerto in termini di sensazioni positive. Super consigliata

Fantastic central Florence location with lovely private garden. Property was much larger than existing expected over several floors with lots of home comforts to hand. Our hosts Carlo and Stefano were close by and made sure we were looked after.

Stefano’s apartment was a very special place to stay, full of history and art. It was very spacious with a peaceful garden and close to the city centre. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and the bun shop on the corner was great! Stefano and Carlo were very welcoming and attentive.

Pintino garden is a place to relax and enjoy within walking distance. Beautiful period artwork throughout the home, much different than other air bnb’s. Stefano was very gracious to allow early check in and greeted us at the gate. Outdoor garden area perfect for afternoon appertivo and wine. Parking spot on site. Everything we needed was there for us including a welcome bottle of wine. Will definitely be back next year with the rest of our family.

Stefano and his father Carlo were perfect hosts and even though they live in the building just opposite the apartment, they were very discreet, although available if we needed to ask them anything. They had provided everything you would need in the way of kitchen tools and appliances and even left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge to welcome us. What we appreciated most about the apartment was that it had a parking place inside the property so you can leave the car and walk practically everywhere to see all the historic buildings and the city. In fact our car never moved for the 7 days we were there! The property itself is in an old building with lots of history attached and is furnished comfortably and with lots of paintings and artifacts. There is a very nice garden belonging to the hosts and a small private courtyard area where guests can sit outside with a drink. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to go back again when next time we are in Florence.

Three-bedroom apartment in a beautifully preserved historic home. It’s a spacious three-bedroom apartment filled with beautiful art pieces and a lovely private garden. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with a supermarket about 7 minutes away and plenty of nearby coffee shops. The owners are very kind and share the history of the house. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

I’m so grateful I found Stefano’s place! The place I had booked had a building issue so I needed to leave and find somewhere else immediately. Stefano and his father Carlos where incredibly helpful and got me into their place within a few hours. They were very gracious hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. I loved staying in this very special home that was within walking distance of almost everything while still being very quiet. The back garden area was pure magic!! If you love history and art you’ll fall in love with this place!

Stefano's place is a beautiful house located very near the city center easy walking distance from the sites, restaurants and bars. It has a nice small enclosed garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or a pre-dinner drink. Stefano is very responsive and offers great guidance should you require assistance. Highly recommend.

Favourite place in Italy. Amazing! Location was very good and the apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, it’s history, artwork and layout was so perfect. We were a group of four adults, three generations travelling together and it was comfortable, quiet and spacious; the garden area is gorgeous. Stefano was a great host, very responsive to anything you may need help with. To top it off there is a fantastic local restaurant right next door, as well as lovely coffee shop on corner. We really hope to get back here again - wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Florence! Nothing - it was perfect!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, equipped with all necessary equipment. Decorated by People that know and love art and history. Great location. The apartment is located near the city center, but provides comfort and silence after an active day. Evenings and mornings can be spent in the wonderful garden belonging to the apartment. Great contact with the owner, Carlo. You can count on help in every matter. I will recommend this place to all my friends, who plan to visit Florence. Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect

We booked this place for it's historic past and love of art and antiques. It was a real treat getting to spend some time here. Loved the unique layout, lofted ceilings, artful furnishings, and garden area in the back. There are some great little shops just outside the doorstep for food/drink needs, and a short walk to all of the great things Florence has to offer. A memorable stay!

Eine wunderschöne, geschichtsträchtige Unterkunft mit viel Charme. Mit viel Platz und perfekt ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten unser Auto im Hof parken und es stand zu jeder Zeit sicher. Obwohl die Wohnung nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Florenz entfernt ist, bietet sie mit dem gemütlichen Garten einen perfekten Rückzugsort. Stefano und sein Vater Carlo waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Stefano hat sich um eine Durchfahrtsgenehmigung für uns gekümmert und hat uns bei der Ankunft empfangen. Uns wurden viele Informationen zur Historie der Unterkunft bereit gestellt sowie Empfehlungen und Tipps für unseren Besuch in Florenz.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carlo and Stefano's charming Airbnb! With six people in our group, we appreciated the practical touches. The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely welcome, and we loved everything about this home. The historic home was beautifully decorated with charming brick arches and lovely rooms. The outside garden, filled with blooming flowers, was a delightful touch. Italian music playing softly in the background added to the warm ambiance. After exploring Florence, it was wonderful to return to this comfortable Italian home base. The cozy beds and fully equipped kitchen made it perfect for relaxing and cooking meals, which we could enjoy in the dining room or outside. Carlo's attentive hospitality was impressive - he answered our questions and even stopped by to help with the TV one evening. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a warm and authentic Italian experience, this is the home to stay while you are in Florence!

This was a gorgeous place to explore Florence from! The art and history in the house alone will keep you walking around and staring for days! This extraordinary place in the middle of Florence, walking distance from everything we wanted to visit, was simply wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to return! The history, art and architecture of the house, as well as a private garden space in such a city must be rare. Every detail was clearly thought through and utensils provided were not just useful, but of good quality. Stefano responded immediately to any question or request, including managing the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) requirements for us, as we were there by car. We really felt privileged to have experienced this accommodation.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the history, architecture, and beautiful artwork in this home. This is really a gem. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had lots of room to relax after a day of exploring. The artwork is amazing as is the history of the house. We liked browsing through the extensive selection of books. The garden was very pretty. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the museums and stroll the beautiful streets. The coffee shop a few steps away was great for breakfast and coffee breaks. Stefano and his father were excellent host and we would love to stay here again.

The apartment, outside space and position in the town suited us perfectly- the sights were all within walking distance as were amenities such as shops and restaurants. The space was really interesting and individual with lots of original art on the walls. The space seemed bigger than it was, due to the novel layout of the sleeping areas. Stefano and his father were very friendly, instantly responsive and extremely helpful, kind and wanting to make our stay as good as possible. They both went out of their way to ensure we had settled in comfortably and checked that we had enough towels for our stay. Both hosts were knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived at the airport Stefano quickly organised our permit to drive into the town and his secure parking space as soon as we notified him of our hire car‘s license number. We couldn’t wish for a better place to stay in the town and would definitely recommend his place to our friends and family. This really is a real gem.

This might be one of the best air BNB experiences I've ever had. close to the action, but private. local restaurants within 5 min walks, pars and pubs 3 blocks away and you cab walk anywhere with 15 mins max. highly recommend

Stefano and his father Carlo are the most sweetest, most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. When we forgot to give my mom’s key set back they were very kind about it when I returned it. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. We had two cars and not only did they help us figure out where to put our second car, they also helped us understand Florence’s ZTL passes. As for the apartment, if you love staying at a place that is full of history, art and architecture, this is the perfect place for you. The private garden is a beautiful getaway from the bustling city. Great place for a small group of friends or a budding family. I highly recommend this place because both Stefano and Carlo are amazing hosts. Both are beautiful people.

We had an exceptional stay. Gorgeous interior, garden, convenient location, incredibly quiet and safe. Stefano provided excellent instructions and walked us through the home to help us get oriented. Three sleeping options, three bathrooms, extremely well equipped kitchen. Complimentary wines and waters. So much beautiful art and books. Felt like a true Florentine get away. Dreamy.
